Analytics
The Analytics page gives you a complete view of your subscription business — from high-level revenue numbers down to per-type order volume and cohort retention.
Use the tabs (All, Regular, Gift, Curated, Bundle) to filter every metric on the page by plan type. Click Export CSV to download the current view.
Overview
Section titled “Overview”Four top-line numbers: Active Subscriptions, Monthly Revenue, Paused, and Cancelled.
Advanced Analytics
Section titled “Advanced Analytics”- Revenue Trend — a 30-day revenue chart.
- Delivery Frequency — breakdown of subscribers by how often they receive deliveries (Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, etc.).
- Subscription Types — a donut chart showing the split between Regular, Gift, Curated, and Bundle subscribers.
- Business Health — a single score (0–100) summarizing overall subscription health, along with a status label (e.g. “At Risk”).
- Churn Rate — the percentage of subscriptions cancelled this month.
- Customer Lifetime Value — average total revenue per subscriber.
- At-Risk Subscriptions — subscriptions that are paused and overdue.
- Forecasted Next-Month MRR — an estimate of next month’s recurring revenue, based on your current churn rate.
Upcoming Renewals & Top Plans
Section titled “Upcoming Renewals & Top Plans”- Upcoming Renewals — expected renewal count and revenue for the next 7 and 30 days.
- Top Plans — your best-performing plans ranked by subscriber count and revenue.
- Status Breakdown — a donut chart of Active / Paused / Cancelled subscriptions.
- Gift Summary — active gift count, total gift revenue, average gift value, and paused gifts.
Order Volume by Type
Section titled “Order Volume by Type”A table showing order count and revenue for each subscription type, across four rolling windows: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 6 months, and Last year. These windows are counted backward from today, not by calendar month.
Monthly Cohort Retention
Section titled “Monthly Cohort Retention”Shows what percentage of each month’s new subscribers are still active in each following month — useful for spotting whether retention is improving or declining over time.
Custom Date Range Revenue
Section titled “Custom Date Range Revenue”Pick any date range (or use a quick preset like Last 7 days, This month, or Last year) to see total revenue and order count for that exact period, broken down by subscription type.
Revenue Breakdown
Section titled “Revenue Breakdown”Shows recurring revenue split across Regular, Curated, and Bundle plans, plus Gift revenue shown separately.
The banner at the bottom summarizes Monthly Recurring Revenue, Total Revenue, This Month, Paused Revenue at Risk, and Average Customer LTV.
